RULES
1.The fan club needs to be active.
2.The founder of the fan club should be online at least twice a week and have at least 30 posts.
3.Accepted Applications go in the "FanClubs" sub-board; otherwise, they are deleted. (Applications are accepted by Application Approvers and the Admin.)
