FOR RULES REGARDING THE SITE ITSELF
First Offense: Your account will be disabled for 24 hours (one day) on the first offense.
Second Offense: Your account will be disabled for 72 hours (three days), and you will go down one membergroup.
Third Offense: You WILL be IP banned for a week; DO NOT TRY TO GET AROUND AN IP BAN, any accounts that are IP banned will be disabled for the same number of days.
Fourth Offense: That's it...you'll be banned UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE, NO QUESTIONS ASKED, or until the Admin (and only the Admin can do this!) decides otherwise; sometimes, a ban might be permanant.
FOR RULES REGARDING POSTING ON THE FORUM
First Offense: Your account will be disabled for 24 hours* (one day); you may also "pay" a "fine" of $100 Poke-Dollars (if you do not have this amount, it will not apply to you).
Second Offense: You will be IP banned for one week; you must also "pay" a "fine" of $250 Poke-Dollars (you must pay in portions if you do not have the amount right away).
Third Offense: If the offense is having to do with sexual language, you will be permanantly banned IN ALL FORMS (i.e., you will be IP banned, post-banned, etc.) AND your account will be disabled for three weeks EVERY TIME you log on using another computer. Otherwise, you will be banned until further notice by the Admin; you will recieve an e-mail if your ban is lifted, however your account will remain disabled for another 24 hours after the e-mail is sent, to prevent immediate re-breaking of the Rules.
*The amount of time the account is disabled will vary based on the inapproppriate content of the post.
